  • “There isn’t anything I won’t try now. I have taken up swimming and dance aerobics on the days I don’t go to Curves. And on a recent trip to Mexico, I went parasailing for the first time. I never would have believed it possible a year ago.”

Tracey Toltl didn’t like the woman who stared back at her from the mirror each day, so much so that she eventually stopped looking. Her mother struggled with diabetes, high blood pressure, and more, and Tracey knew she was headed in the same direction unless she took control of her health. That, and Curves’ TV commercial, motivated her to join. Before long, she was happy to see herself not only reflected in the mirror but also in the eyes of others.

  • “I’ve suffered from chronic migraines since I was 15, but since joining Curves I can count the number of migraines I’ve had on one hand.”

Sherrie Frontz claimed that before Curves, she was a couch potato that never left the house. She had no energy and felt bad all the time. In March of 2005, Sherrie began working out at Curves three times a week and following the Six Week Solution plan. The weight began dropping off and her energy level started rising. Her quality of life has also improved both mentally and physically. She no longer suffers from the migraines that plagued her for the majority of her life, her blood pressure is the lowest it has ever been and her cholesterol dropped to normal. Sherri says, "I have so much energy I look for things to do! I have added walking to my Curves program and I feel good! I have tried to lose weight before, but nothing worked until Curves."

  • “I have more energy than I can ever remember. I love going out dancing with friends, and I even go roller skating with my grandchildren. I never would have been able to enjoy life the way I do now, if it wasn’t for the encouragement I got at Curves."

As a wife and mother of six, Betty Radde struggled with her weight. Then in 1997 she tragically lost her husband of forty one years in a car accident. She turned to alcohol and food to cope with her depression and before she knew it her weight had skyrocketed to three hundred and eight pounds and she had developed high blood pressure. Finally in 2004 Betty decided that she needed to lose the weight and get healthy. She saw an advertisement for Curves one day and wondered if our program would work for her? At the age of sixty-seven, she decided to give it a try. "There was so much encouragement from so many people at Curves. I became less depressed, and had so much more energy." Since she joined Curves, Betty has lost one hundred and fifty four pounds.
